3. Approve
Quite possibly one of the shortest stages yet just as important. This gives everyone an opportunity to revisit the original Consultation findings to ensure we are on track with meeting your needs and not missed anything in the design and associated costs. Its good practice to double check things.

Once everyone is happy and good to proceed, if not done so already, you will receive a Deposit invoice which clearly explains what you are paying for, has our VAT number on should you be able to claim that back and if required, we can issue a receipt of payment which is done via bank transfer.

I think its worth mentioning at this stage that just because a project design has been approved, it doesn't mean changes or additions cannot be made. More often than not we are asked to add elements instead of change things but both apply. We try to be as flexible as possible.

The purpose of this stage is to double check the details before moving on. Upon your approval you will receive a deposit invoice and once paid, it gives us a green light to proceed to the Implement stage.
