4. Implement
By this stage you will have a start date and a pretty good idea of how the project will unfold. Most if not all of the big decisions will have been made and materials and kit will start arriving on site. Exciting times.

We do our best to respect other people's movements and coordinate our working times with your schedule. If we think any of our work might impact on your neighbours, we tell you.

Working in the commercial sector has taught us some really useful health and safety skills. As you can read about in our Insurance and Safety Policy section, we carry out risk assessments as we work and train our co-workers to do the same. Safe working for everyone is important.

Whatever the size and nature of the project, the person in charge will keep you updated on progress and expected completion dates. At this stage, minor changes are permitted but of course, can impact on cost and timings. Once work is complete, we create a 'snag list' to ensure all loose ends are tied up.
